Job Summary
Handling complex insurance claims, the full-time State Licensed Claims Examiner will analyze policies, investigate claims, and provide exceptional service to clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzes insurance policies and documents to determine coverage and liability
- Handles high-level complexity 1st Party Property Claims and engages with legal counsel as needed
- Communicates proactively with all parties involved throughout the claim process and ensures compliance with Best Practices
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 5-9 years of experience in claims handling
- Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to acquire and maintain a state adjuster's license and meet continuing education requirements
- Experience in monitoring vendor performance and managing claims inventory
