State Licensed Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Excited to join a growing team, the full-time State Licensed Claims Examiner will manage insurance claims for policyholders, investigating and analyzing claim information, handling first-party property claims, and providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigates and analyzes claim information to determine liability and handles first-party property claims
• Communicates with all interested parties throughout the claim process and provides best-in-class customer service
• Sets reserves in compliance with company policies and monitors vendor performance while identifying opportunities for subrogation

Required qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within the first 90 days of hire
• Claims handling experience preferred; renters' claims handling experience is a plus
