Job Summary
Providing flexible clinical review capacity, the part-time contract Clinical Intelligence Quality Auditor will execute assigned clinical audits, document findings, and escalate potential clinical risks while working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned clinical audits using approved methodologies and document findings consistently
- Evaluate clinical indicators and escalate potential patient-safety concerns or recurring error patterns
- Maintain clear documentation to support quality reviews and participate in reviewer calibration
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted clinical license as a registered nurse, occupational therapist, or physical therapist
- Three or more years of experience in post-acute care, utilization management, or clinical documentation review
- Strong medical-record review skills and the ability to apply structured audit guidance consistently
- Experience synthesizing information across multiple clinical document types or care settings
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while documenting concise findings
