State Licensed Clinical Care Lead
Job Summary
Overseeing the daily workflow of the Clinical Care Review (CCR) team, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Care Lead will manage CCR employees, ensure adherence to quality standards, and facilitate effective healthcare service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and guidance to CCR employees, ensuring performance meets quality and productivity standards
- Monitor healthcare service delivery and assist in utilization review and discharge planning for CareSource members
- Act as a liaison between various departments to resolve issues and support process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Graduate degree as a mental health professional or a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, or equivalent relevant experience
- One year of Utilization Management/Utilization Review experience is required
- Preferred minimum of five years of clinical experience
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse or mental health professional is required
- MCG Certification is preferred
