Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance and clinical oversight, the full-time salaried State Licensed Clinical Director will lead healthcare partners in implementing the Centering model of care while managing clinical operations and driving quality improvement initiatives remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and program operations, including budget management and strategic planning
- Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives related to Centering implementation and analyze program outcomes
- Build relationships with clinical leaders at partner organizations and support them in addressing implementation challenges
Required qualifications
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Physician's Assistant (PA), Doctor of Medicine (MD), or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO)
- 7+ years of health system experience, preferably in maternal-child health or community health settings
- Experience in the implementation of evidence-based programs and practices
- Commitment to advancing equitable healthcare outcomes for underserved populations
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and value-based care models
