Job Summary
To drive measurable performance improvement in value-based care, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Director will manage a portfolio of ACO enterprise clients, utilizing clinical expertise and data analysis to engage with physicians and practice leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client-level performance data to identify performance drivers and root causes
- Serve as the primary clinical subject matter expert, partnering with client leadership to align on strategy and performance improvement
- Develop and manage client action plans, ensuring accountability for timelines and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- MD, DO, or APP, board-certified with direct clinical practice experience in primary care or adjacent specialties
- Hands-on experience with value-based care and quality management in a VBC contract setting
- Working knowledge of Medicare ACO program mechanics and EHR workflows
- Proven ability to build trust with physician and executive audiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance and quality metrics relevant to value-based care
