Job Summary
To enhance the member imaging journey, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Operations Manager will manage clinical escalations, refine operational workflows, and contribute to product development in radiology services.
Key responsibilities
- Own resolution of clinical escalations, partnering with providers and facilities to address issues efficiently
- Continuously refine operational workflows and deliver training on radiology fundamentals to internal teams
- Act as a subject matter expert for product development, ensuring clinical accuracy in requirements and designs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in radiology operations, including both health system and outpatient settings
- Deep knowledge of the imaging order lifecycle, including coding, prior authorization, and appointment processes
- Fluency in various imaging modalities and their operational nuances
- Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to non-clinical audiences
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
