State Licensed Clinical Operations VP

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives in a fully remote capacity, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Operations VP will oversee the development and improvement of clinical programs and health initiatives, focusing on optimizing patient care across the continuum and enhancing member outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive clinical strategies that align with medical cost management and quality performance goals
• Lead the design and implementation of transitional care management programs to proactively engage high-risk patients
• Oversee the lifecycle of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and continuous quality improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in care management, population health, or clinical operations
• Master's degree (or higher) in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
• Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and value-based care models
• Proven track record of developing scalable clinical programs that improve patient outcomes
• Active licensure as RN, NP, PA, MD/DO preferred
