Job Summary
To support a Fortune 500 client, the remote temporary Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and provide patient education on medications and disease-state management.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members
- Identify gaps in care, medication adherence concerns, and therapeutic opportunities
- Review medication regimens for effectiveness and potential adverse reactions
Required qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence
- 1+ year of experience working remotely and independently in a cross-functional environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, with rotating shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST
