State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support a Fortune 100 organization, the temporary State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will engage members through phone consultations, deliver clinical recommendations, and review medication regimens while working remotely with flexible hours from 9:00am to 8:00pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Engage members by phone and schedule pharmacist consultations
- Deliver clinical recommendations under MTM and RDUR protocols
- Educate patients on medications and document care notes clearly
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence
- Strong knowledge of the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
- Comfortable navigating MTM platforms and multiple databases
- Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel
