State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support a growing Clinical Engagement Services team, the remote contract State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will engage members through telephonic consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and provide adherence support while working Monday to Friday during rotating shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Engage members telephonically to schedule pharmacist consultation appointments for clinical programs
- Conduct comprehensive and targeted Medication Therapy Reviews and provide clinical recommendations
- Educate members on their medications and disease states to support medication adherence and management
Required qualifications
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management guidelines and MTM principles
- Approximately 1+ year of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
- Ability to navigate multiple databases and technology applications effectively
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
