Job Summary
To support a Clinical Engagement Services team, the remote State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic clinical consultations, comprehensive medication reviews, and provide medication education while working on a contract basis through June 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Engage members telephonically to schedule pharmacist consultation appointments and conduct comprehensive Medication Therapy Reviews
- Provide medication adherence consultations and support improved disease-state management
- Review prescription claims data to identify opportunities for clinical intervention and educate members on their medications
Required qualifications
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management guidelines and MTM principles
- Approximately 1+ year of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
- Ability to navigate multiple databases and technology applications effectively
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
