Job Summary
To support a Clinical Engagement Services team, the part-time contract State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will provide telephonic clinical consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and support disease-state management in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage members telephonically and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments for clinical programs
- Conduct comprehensive and targeted Medication Therapy Reviews and provide medication adherence consultations
- Review prescription claims data to identify opportunities for clinical intervention and educate members on their medications
Required qualifications
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management guidelines and MTM principles
- Approximately 1+ year of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
- Ability to navigate multiple databases and technology applications effectively
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
