Job Summary
To support a growing Clinical Engagement Services team, the remote Contract Clinical Pharmacist will engage in telephonic consultations, conduct comprehensive medication reviews, and provide adherence support while working Monday through Friday with a rotating closing shift.
Key responsibilities
- Engage members telephonically and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments for clinical programs
- Conduct comprehensive and targeted Medication Therapy Reviews and provide clinical recommendations
- Educate members on their medications, regimens, and relevant disease states
Required qualifications
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management guidelines and MTM principles
- Approximately 1+ year of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
