State Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a State Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Consultant in a full-time capacity, this role will bridge clinical pharmacy operations and advanced data platform engineering to transform fragmented healthcare data into a unified analytical engine, requiring expertise in healthcare informatics and database fluency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical discovery workshops to map pharmacy workflows and define key performance indicators across various analytics horizons
• Develop detailed functional use-case specifications connecting clinical intent, operational performance, and financial realization
• Analyze and document data structures across Epic EHR and pharmacy automation platforms to support data validation and compliance auditing

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (RPh) from an accredited university
• Active, unrestricted license from a State Board of Pharmacy
• 8+ years of clinical experience in a high-volume inpatient hospital or specialized healthcare consulting environment
• 5+ years of healthcare informatics experience with a focus on EHR data analytics
• Functional working knowledge of Epic Willow and Beacon systems
