State Licensed Clinical Quality Manager

Job Summary

To ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Quality Manager will analyze data, facilitate performance measurement activities, and support quality improvement initiatives across post-acute healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate performance measurement and ensure compliance with CMS, NCQA, and other regulatory standards
• Generate and validate reports to monitor health plan contract performance and conduct regular audits of UM decisions
• Prepare and lead committee meetings, and present detailed quality reports with actionable recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading quality improvement projects and committee work
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
