State Licensed Clinical Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the clinical workflows of specialty care providers, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Support Specialist will ensure seamless virtual patient experiences, deliver clinical and administrative support, and maintain electronic health records while working remotely with a rotation of one weekend per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate treatment management by assisting with patient and pharmacy communications and tracking prescription regimens
• Provide patient education and support through follow-up communications regarding medication usage and treatment plans
• Maintain and update electronic health records, ensuring accurate documentation of patient interactions and compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant credentials (e.g., CMA or RMA) required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical support or care coordination, preferably in telehealth
• Experience working with common health issues in areas such as men's health, women's health, dermatology, or weight management
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and virtual care standards
• Proficient in using various digital platforms including EHRs and project management tools
