Job Summary

Leading client service for middle and large accounts, the full-time State Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will create service plans, prepare for strategy meetings, and conduct gap analyses while collaborating with senior colleagues and managing small accounts independently.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver service plans for clients
• Participate in strategy meetings and perform gap analyses on coverage
• Oversee the confirmation of coverage and policy audits as applicable

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms
• Proficiency in Excel and self-serve portals
