State Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Managing an assigned book of commercial insurance business, the full-time remote State Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will support new client implementation, ensure high client service and retention, and act as a liaison between clients, producers, vendors, and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and retention by addressing inquiries, policy changes, and service requests
• Coordinate new client onboarding, including risk evaluation, quoting, and compliance documentation
• Support sales efforts by identifying business opportunities and preparing presentation materials for clients

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing commercial insurance role
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems like Applied Epic
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
