Specializing in complex Allied Health claims, the full-time remote State Licensed Complex Loss Specialist will manage high-exposure losses, conduct coverage analysis, and provide strategic insights to senior executives while fostering collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate complex claims, securing necessary documentation and statements
• Draft reservation of rights letters and coverage denial communications for supervisor review
• Maintain detailed claim file documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on file status

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of claims experience, specifically in complex Allied Health claims
• College degree or equivalent claims management experience required
• Active individual adjusting license for a designated home State
• Minimum of 10 years litigation management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
