State Licensed Content Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the clinical operations and content team, the full-time State Licensed Content Solutions Analyst will conduct research, quality assurance, and opportunity analysis for new and existing medical policies while collaborating across various payment policy management solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and synthesize findings for internal and customer use
• Write business logic for new rules and enhancements by translating industry references into policy
• Provide coding and clinical expertise for new policy rollouts and ensure alignment with operational teams

Required qualifications

• BS in Nursing, Pharmacy, or equivalent degree
• 3 years of experience in a clinical/retail setting or clinical coding in a payer setting
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications within one year of employment
• 5 years of experience in rule requirement gathering and development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
