Job Summary
Delivering impactful healthcare regulatory guidance, the full-time State Licensed Corporate Counsel will manage healthcare regulatory matters and collaborate with legal and compliance teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide regulatory guidance to support business growth and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate healthcare laws and regulations
- Manage legal projects and priorities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one state
- Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, with in-house experience at a healthcare company required
- Deep knowledge of regulations governing virtual care delivery and reimbursement
- Experience supporting a virtual-first or telehealth provider, particularly in launching clinical services in new states
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross-functional projects and relationships with business leaders
