Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity team, the full-time salaried State Licensed DFIR Specialist will investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, conduct digital forensic investigations, and serve as the primary point of contact for external clients while working both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents, including identification, containment, eradication, and recovery
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain thorough documentation of incident response activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to guide them through forensic investigations and incident containment
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital forensics and incident response (DFIR)
  • Strong knowledge of digital forensics tools and incident response frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of network protocols and security technologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to support occasional travel and work outside standard business hours
