Job Summary
To support an academic health system, a full-time remote State Licensed Epic Willow Analyst will serve as the primary support contact and application expert for Willow Inpatient, configuring and building pharmacy workflows while mentoring client teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary support contact and subject matter expert for Epic Willow Inpatient, coordinating with the customer's team lead and manager
- Configure, build, and install the application, addressing all issues that arise during the project
- Analyze pharmacy and clinical workflows, documenting operational specifications and conducting system testing and data validation
Required qualifications
- Active Certification: Willow Inpatient
- Hands-on experience supporting Epic Willow
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely
- PharmD is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, including designing and executing tests and analyzing system performance data
