Job Summary
Ensuring compliance within the insurance regulatory system across all 50 states, the full-time remote State Licensed Filings Analyst will manage product compliance research, oversee filing activities in SERFF, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment with state-specific laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and provide guidance on product compliance with state insurance laws
- Manage filing activities in SERFF and oversee annual compliance filings
- Collaborate with Compliance teams to ensure customer assessments and surcharges are current across systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- 1 to 3 years of state product filing experience in the P&C industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
