Job Summary

Managing a team of Personal Financial Counselors, the full-time State Licensed Financial Supervisor will provide oversight and supervision of financial management services, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense expectations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Personal Financial Counselors, ensuring compliance with program standards and quality improvement processes
• Monitor interactions between counselors and service members, providing guidance and ensuring effective assistance is delivered
• Direct the provision of financial management services and educational workshops, while managing counselor activity data for reporting purposes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of post-certification financial counseling experience
• 2+ years of management and supervisory experience
• Active certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Tier 2 Clearance
