- NBHWC Board Certification and professional Health Coach training from an accredited program
- 2+ years of experience in health coaching with a focus on behavior change or chronic disease management
- Experience managing large caseloads effectively
- Ability to deliver telehealth services in a private, professional space with reliable internet connectivity
- Current residency in specified states within the United States
