Job Summary
To support a growing health coaching initiative, the full-time State Licensed Health Coach will guide a caseload of members through personalized wellness journeys, utilizing virtual sessions and messaging to foster lasting behavior change across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.
Key responsibilities
- Own the member experience from onboarding through progress milestones, ensuring individualized attention
- Conduct live coaching sessions and provide ongoing support through timely messaging
- Develop personalized, data-informed plans that adapt to each member's evolving needs and goals
Required qualifications
- NBC-HWC full board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching
- An associate's degree or higher, or equivalent experience-based path to coaching certification
- 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining individual member engagement
- Comfort working with a diverse member population, adapting coaching styles to meet varied needs
