State Licensed Instructional Coach

Job Summary

Supporting new teachers in their transition to the classroom, the part-time hourly State Licensed Instructional Coach will provide targeted coaching, feedback, and mentorship through online platforms while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with new teachers through blended online coaching, discussion boards, and one-on-one support
• Provide meaningful feedback by grading assignments and offering constructive insights
• Host virtual huddle sessions to facilitate collaboration and professional growth

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in the field of education
• Current teacher, instructional coach, mentor, instructor, or school administrator
• Active state-specific teaching certification in one of the eligible states
• At least 3 years of teaching experience with a strong understanding of instructional best practices
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting new teachers in their first years of teaching
