Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions for an assigned book of business, the full-time remote Nonqualified Investment Operations Analyst will process asset and liability transactions, maintain reporting, and serve as a client contact for corporate-owned life insurance and split-dollar life insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Process asset and liability rebalancing transactions in accordance with client directives
- Prepare and maintain asset and liability reporting while serving as a day-to-day client contact
- Administer complex Microsoft Excel models and utilize nonqualified administration systems for financial transaction processing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in investment operations, nonqualified plan administration, or financial services
- State Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial and rebalancing models
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations required
