Job Summary

To support a growing oncology program, the full-time State Licensed Lead Oncology Pharmacist will oversee individual cases, establish clinical standards, and engage with oncologists while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Leap's oncology clinical model, including patient eligibility and therapy-specific standards
  • Review and reassess every oncology case before initiation and as treatment changes, coordinating with clinical teams
  • Lead clinician-to-clinician discussions and develop provider-facing clinical materials to enhance confidence in the oncology model
Required Qualifications
  • PharmD, active U.S. pharmacist license, and BCOP certification
  • Completion of a PGY2 oncology residency or at least three years of oncology practice experience
  • Substantial direct clinical experience in an oncology infusion center or oncology specialty pharmacy
  • Experience building clinical programs, protocols, or care pathways
  • Ability to work independently in a developing clinical and operational environment
