Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine practice, the full-time State Licensed Licensing Specialist will manage all aspects of clinician licensing according to state compliance and insurance standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle multi-state clinician licensing applications, renewals, and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Coordinate with medical boards and government agencies to streamline licensing processes and maintain provider databases
- Ensure adherence to Controlled Substance/DEA rules and Collaborative Practice Agreements while supporting clinical expansion efforts
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in multi-state clinician licensing and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record of working with medical boards and government agencies
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Google Suite for database management
- Familiarity with Controlled Substance regulations and interstate compacts (IMLCC/NLC)
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional operations within healthcare settings
