Job Summary

To support the lifecycle management of agents, the remote State Licensed Licensing Specialist will initiate and monitor agent appointments, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, and maintain accurate records across various systems.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents to enable product sales authorization
• Maintain accurate agent records across multiple systems and ensure compliance with licensing criteria
• Respond to inquiries from agents and regulatory agencies while processing appointments and demographic changes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 0-1 year of relevant administrative or office experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn multiple systems and compliance-driven processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in data handling
