State Licensed Loan Officer
Job Summary
To create a meaningful lending experience, the full-time or part-time State Licensed Loan Officer will originate mortgage loans, educate borrowers on loan products, and manage the loan pipeline while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective borrowers to explain the loan application and approval process
- Educate clients on loan products by analyzing their financial objectives and pre-qualifying them
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead conversions while ensuring a positive brand experience
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, and compliance
- Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or eligibility to obtain them after hire
- 1+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
- Strong customer service and communication skills
