Job Summary
To create a meaningful lending experience, the full-time State Licensed Loan Officer will educate prospective borrowers on loan options, manage mortgage applications, and generate new business through networking and referrals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective borrowers about loan application processes and requirements
- Analyze customers' financial objectives to recommend suitable loan products
- Manage a loan pipeline and collaborate with various teams to streamline the loan process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or eligibility to obtain them
- Over 3 years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
- Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, and compliance
- Proven sales skills with a focus on relationship building and referrals
