Job Summary
Driving performance and leadership development, the full-time Senior Manager, Lottery Enablement will design and execute quality and coaching programs, utilize data for continuous improvement, and lead change management initiatives across lottery fulfillment centers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of quality and coaching programs to enhance team performance and customer experience
- Utilize data and performance insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications
