Job Summary

Seeking a State Licensed M&A Attorney, the full-time remote position will lead M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector, managing associates and coordinating workflows while focusing on acquisitions and dispositions of renewable energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions, particularly in the acquisition and disposition of renewable energy projects
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues on M&A matters and coordinate due diligence reviews
• Manage and track all aspects of transactions, ensuring adherence to firm policies and practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of law firm experience in renewable energy and related industries
• Substantive experience in managing acquisitions and dispositions of renewable energy projects
• Strong skills in deal management, organization, drafting, and negotiation
• Admission to and in good standing with the Bar of the applicant's state of residence
• Dedication to the firm's mission of advancing clean energy
