As a full-time State Licensed Medical Assistant, the Remote Care Concierge will handle patient calls to manage onboarding, device setup, and support while utilizing AI tools in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume patient contacts effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
