Job Summary

To support a growing multi-state clinical platform, the full-time State Licensed Medical Director will lead the delivery of high-quality addiction medicine treatment, oversee clinical governance, and enhance clinical leadership development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine expert, ensuring clinical quality and patient safety
• Mentor and support clinical leaders, establishing standards for clinical excellence and professional growth
• Translate clinical findings into scalable workflows and care delivery standards, driving improvements across the organization

Required qualifications

• Board Certification in Addiction Medicine with an active medical license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with substance use disorders
• Demonstrated experience leading clinical programs or multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols and evidence-based standards
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
