Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations and staff management, the full-time State Licensed Medication Access Supervisor will ensure efficient workflow, conduct recruitment and performance evaluations, and collaborate with clinical and interdepartmental teams to enhance patient access services in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staffing and operations for medication access specialists to meet client needs and maintain service continuity
• Conduct recruitment, performance evaluations, and provide coaching to foster a high-performing team
• Review medication authorizations and assist with benefits investigations and coverage denials to support patient access

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration required within 6 months of hire
• Active CPhT certification preferred
