Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the fully remote State Licensed Medication Access Supervisor will oversee daily operations of medication access specialists, manage staffing and workflow, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing to ensure adequate resources meet client needs
• Conduct recruitment, performance evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance team success
• Review medication authorizations and assist with benefits investigations and coverage denials

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration obtained within 6 months of hire
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Active CPhT certification preferred
