State Licensed Member Access Provider

Job Summary

To support a growing Member Access team, the full-time State Licensed Member Access Provider will conduct intake evaluations, initiate medication-assisted treatment, and provide telemedicine care to patients in the early stages of opioid use disorder recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and initiate buprenorphine-based medication-assisted treatment
• Deliver care via telemedicine, ensuring patient support during the critical first weeks of treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transition patients into ongoing care and contribute to service line development

Required qualifications

• MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience treating opioid use disorder with buprenorphine preferred
• Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine
• Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery
• Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care
