State Licensed Member Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member Retention Associate Specialist will engage with current members to discuss AAA membership benefits and retain those expressing a desire to cancel, utilizing strong customer service and sales skills in a high-volume contact center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the full value of AAA membership and assist members in identifying benefits that meet their needs
• Respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed established production goals while providing ongoing training on AAA products and services

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two to five years of customer sales and service or retention experience
• Previous inside sales skills with a focus on customer care
• Ability to obtain appropriate licensing for sales and service within 90 days of hire
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work overtime or holidays as needed
