Job Summary
Providing remote wound, incision, and ostomy care, the full-time State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and offer clinical guidance through telehealth services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and evaluations via telehealth for wounds, incisions, and related skin disorders
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
- Document clinical services and maintain compliance with billing guidelines and company policies
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the applicable state(s)
- Certification in wound care from a recognized body (e.g., CWCN, CWON, CWOCN, WCC, CWS)
- Minimum of one year of experience in a wound-related Nurse Practitioner role
