Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine practice, a full-time State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide assessment and treatment for a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder, managing their care remotely in a structured yet flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and manage the continuity of care for up to 275 adults with Opioid Use Disorder from initial treatment through ongoing care
- Diagnose Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, and initiate treatment with buprenorphine-naloxone
- Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate additional services and participate in quality improvement activities
Required qualifications
- Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with eligibility to obtain licenses in multiple states
- At least 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine in a relevant medical environment
- Experience in telehealth is preferred
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification is highly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
