Job Summary
Seeking a part-time State Licensed Nursing Faculty member for the Doctor of Nursing Practice program, who will teach graduate-level courses online, mentor doctoral students, and serve on doctoral project committees while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Educate students using online technology and resources, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Serve as committee chair or faculty advisor for doctoral project study committees
- Interact with students through the CANVAS platform, maintaining a presence in the classroom at least four days a week
Required qualifications
- Earned master's degree in nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 U.S. states
- Minimum of 1 year of practicum experience
- Online teaching experience preferred
- Commitment to advocating for the learning and development needs of students
