Job Summary
Supporting accurate and compliant biweekly multi-state payroll processing, the full-time State Licensed Payroll Analyst will manage payroll data reviews, employee inquiries, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while ensuring timely payroll execution and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Process, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accurate and timely employee payments
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries while maintaining payroll records
- Collaborate with Benefits, Finance, and Human Resources to ensure payroll changes are accurate and compliant
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of payroll and tax experience, including multi-state payroll processing and compliance
- Experience with Oracle Time and Labor and ADP Workforce Now payroll systems
- Knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour requirements, and garnishment processing
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), can be active or inactive
