State Licensed Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the ADP RUN or ADP Workforce Now service delivery group, the full-time Senior Manager, Outsourced Payroll will resolve complex client payroll escalations, manage a team of Account Managers, and ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall performance and day-to-day leadership of the assigned service line and its full client portfolio
• Maintain a 90% or better year-over-year client renewal rate while leading executive-level client conversations and business reviews
• Directly manage and develop Account Managers, fostering accountability and high standards of client service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience leading and mentoring teams, including direct management of people managers
• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification required
• Advanced proficiency in ADP RUN and/or ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
• Proven ability to manage capacity, staffing, utilization, pricing, and account margins in a professional services environment
