Job Summary
Providing day-to-day leadership, the remote Supervisor, Care Team will oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Leads, ensuring high-quality support for members, pharmacies, and providers while managing performance metrics and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians and Leads, managing schedules, timecards, and performance
- Partner with Workforce Management to maintain service level performance and optimize team productivity
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and coaching to enhance team culture and individual development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred; state licensure or registration required where applicable
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center, retail pharmacy, or pharmacy operations setting
- Experience leading teams of pharmacy technicians preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmacy claims processing and industry terminology
