State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support patient engagement, the remote State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage inbound and outbound refill calls, assist patients through the refill process, and coordinate medication refills while ensuring compliance with pharmacy claims adjudication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate medication refills and manage pharmacy claim adjudication
• Make outbound patient refill calls and address inbound inquiries effectively
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists and identify medications requiring special handling

Required Qualifications:

• State registered as a pharmacy technician; national certification as a CPhT preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in pharmacy technician roles and adjudicating claims
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime
